Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The candidate’s primary job will be to increase our market share in the retail sector.

The ideal candidate will already have existing contacts and relationships in the retail sector and experience selling frozen F&B products such as dough.

In addition to establishing new retail accounts, the candidate will work to expand our existing accounts.

Responsible for analyzing sales and reporting to management. They will

Serve as the primary point of contact between company and our retail clients.

Assist retailers with in-store events as needed

Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. However, the most crucial qualification is actual experience selling food

10 years in food industry sales. Must have experience with dough and existing relationships in the retail food industry.

Skills: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, sales analytics, CRM proficiency.

Travel: Ability to travel as required.

Pay:

$125,000 + commission

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
