**Position Summary**
As the Manager of Retail RxDelivery Operations you will serve as a business subject matter expert identifying opportunities to address business challenges and contribute to defining colleague operations. You will support in managing the day-to-day operations of the RxDelivery program, including training and field communication, field support to manage customer challenges, and general program management.
As a member of this team, you will need to collaborate, impact, and influence a wide range of cross-functional partners, striking a balance between stakeholder needs and the overall colleague experience. This position requires strong analytical and operational skills, and the ability to quickly develop insights to inform a broader strategic roadmap. You will independently interact with and influence a wide range of business, technical, and digital, cross-functional partners and need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results. This position will report directly to the Delivery Innovations & Operations Senior Manager.
**Required Qualifications:**
3+ years prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field OR 2+ years’ experience in a Retail pharmacy setting
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Ability to quickly learn about and become a subject matter expert in new processes and make meaningful recommendations for how they can be improved
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams
• Passion for Health Care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world’s strongest health care companies even stronger
• Powerful Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
• Initiative: Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching
and to proactively develop and present potential solutions
• Influence: The ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade
• MBA or PharmD

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
