Retail Media Specialist

Position Purpose:  

The Retail Media Specialist on the Orange Apron Media team is responsible for project management reporting, coordination, and communications of retail media initiatives. This role drives the business operations of the Orange Apron Media sales teams. The Retail Media Specialist acts as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving area of The Home Depot’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

30% - Campaign & Tracking Support - Maintain and update performance dashboards and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand and client expectations40% - Project & Operational Leadership - Exercise discretion in scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and budget tracking related to campaign execution. Prepare presentations, business updates, and documentation including contracts, in support of strategic initiatives and leadership planning sessions. Lead and manage key internal processes including sales pipeline tracking, cross-functional project timelines, internal communications planning, and stakeholder alignment.30% - Team Collaboration & Communication- Share campaign and project updates with stakeholders and adjust messaging for senior leadership or external partner audiences. Act as a key connector between Media Operations, Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.

Travel Requirements: 

Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time. 

Physical Requirements:  

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions: 

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
