Schedule: Flexible (including early mornings, weekdays, and weekends as needed)

Job Summary

The Markdown Associate is responsible for accurately processing price changes and markdowns to ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and presented according to company standards. This role supports store profitability, inventory accuracy, and an organized sales floor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Process markdowns accurately and efficiently using company systemsReplace tickets and labels following pricing and markdown guidelinesMaintain organization and cleanliness of markdown areasEnsure merchandise is correctly priced and sales-floor readyFollow shrink-prevention and ticketing control proceduresWork closely with leadership and merchandise teams to meet markdown deadlines

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet time-sensitive deadlinesAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbsReliable attendance and punctualityPrior retail experience preferred but not required

This position has a starting pay range of $13.73 to $14.23 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
