Job Description Summary

Coordinate Retail Squad formed by different SME’s in Property to support Branch Transformation Strategy for the Client.
Establish a trusted relationship with the Client and with the internal Business Units to help in providing Portfolio Strategy analysis for Branch Network to support the decision making using available data and insights. Important to manage Sr. Stakeholders and understand Business Needs to transform them in Property outcomes, working together with other SMEs in Property.

About the role:

Provide strong leadership, solution creation and analytical insights to create processes supporting Global Retail StrategyCoordinate different SMEs/Squad members to maximize results and execute strategySupport and work together with Sr. Stakeholder across Countries, Regions and Global teams to establish trusted relationships and influence decision makingWork together with Business and Property teams to establish the Global Retail Portfolio Strategy and track progress in a regular basisInfluence cross-functional teams who are responsible of the delivery Global Retail Strategies and programs bringing centralised and standardised approach across Property aligned with Global Property MTsAnalyze and report performance metrics related to Branch Network, including Strategy, Financial, Investments, Projects, etc. and identify critical pain points to achieve the established targets.Collaboration with core Global, Regional and Country teams to develop solutions to identified blockers and ensure those are addressed through to implementation and execution.Convert information into succinct compelling stories for the client and their strategy, presenting in different Global, Regional and Country ForumsQuality control of information to feed into management reporting.Establish ways of working that promote best practice and enable operational excellence across the Global Retail portfolio.Focus on creating processes centred on continuous improvement across Global Retail portfolio. Development of Branch Transformation (Retail Portfolio) Book of Work (BOW) Responsibility for setting realistic project and team deliverable deadlines and holding team to account to deliver against these for reporting and management forums.Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct Responsibility – Global and Regional Branch Transformation Team Members (Regional Strategy and Data)Product Owner and Branch Transformation Squad Leader – Property SMEs including Global Asset Management Lead, Global Retail Design Lead, Regional Strategy Lead, Global PMO, Regional PMs, Global Retail Finance Lead, among others.Strong Sr. stakeholder management is required as well as ability to present to big groups of people.

Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.Ability to plan, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and work streams.Strong work ethic and adaptable and ability to adapt to business environment changes.Attention to detail, organized and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
 

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles (P&L, General Ledger, Capitalization, Assets Management, IFRS16, among others)Conducts complex financial / business analysis, including the preparation of complex reports.
