Retail Incentives & Alfa Romeo Operational Lead

The Retail Incentives & Alfa Romeo Operational Lead will support the day-to-day operations of FCA Canada’s incentive team as well as the Alfa Romeo Brand. The successful candidate will use their strong analytical and communication skills to support strategy development, competitive reporting, execution of incentive actions including the Advantage Plan Program within the Canadian Market, along with leading and coordinating the Alfa Romeo go to market strategies including dealer meetings, website, CRM and Tier III regional marketing.
Primary responsibilities of the Retail Incentives & Alfa Romeo Operational Lead:
Lead all aspects of the Canada Advantage Plan Program including the transformation to on-line sales. – Represents approx. 16,000 Sales annually Lead and coordinate the Alfa Romeo Brand go to market strategies including dealer meetings, website, CRM and Tier III regional marketing. Manage Alfa Romeo Brand KPI’s to support positive Brand growth and customer experience. Development of competitive analytics to support strategy development and identifying growth opportunities. Manage all aspects of the Incentive Claim Auditing Department and Program HQ - 10 contractors (Incentive Auditors & Call Centre Agents – Concentrix) Manage Department G&A Budget Communication of National Retail Incentives to Business Centers, Dealer Principals and Sales Managers by facilitating launches of all incentive information through DealerCONNECT, ensuring that accurate and current retail incentives information is readily available to all FCA Canadian Retailers, Business Centres and HQ teams. Support Senior Management and Business Centres with ongoing and adhoc reporting. The salary range for this role is $98,500 - $125,000 per year. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field Minimum FIVE (5) years' Automotive industry experience Strong Analytical and Computer Skills (MS Office & Google Suite) Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent decision making skills. Strong time management skills and ability to multi task Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team Must be legally eligible to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and French) Master's Degree
