Job title:   Permanent full-time position with a set roster pattern of days including weekends to be discussed in interview, timings are set at 14:00 -23:00

Pay rate: £14:27

Hours: 45 Hours per week

 

Main duties:

To deliver industry leading customer service To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
