Within the Retail team you will be responsible as a Consultant in the Shopping Centers located in Belgium. You will build and maintain contacts with an important network of real estate specialists (Tenants (Retailers) and Landlords). **Job description** Retail assets will include Shopping Center retail locations in Belgium. You will source, initiate, negotiate and close letting deals with key retailers. You will actively market and organize prospection for retail units. In close collaboration with the landlord, you will develop and implement a long-term strategy for the Shopping Center. Team work will be your key to success. Additionally, you will be coached and guided by a Senior Director in order to get you kick-started in this dynamic business line. **Profile** •You have a university degree or a bachelor and ideally 2 years of experience in real estate; •You have a passion in real estate, a friendly personality with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable to build a long-term relationship with clients. A dynamic and positive attitude is essential for this job; •You are client-focused; •Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline and responsibility, you will have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and as an individual. Strong verbal and written communication and team working skills as well as excellent multitasking abilities are required for this job, as well as diligence and attention to details; •While your mother tongue is Dutch, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/French.
