As a Category Assistant Store Manager at North 40, you’ll help lead the customer experience on the sales floor, ensuring our customers feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with optimism, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves alongside the team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, protecting company assets, and leading, coaching, and developing team members. Success in this role also means understanding and connecting with the local community and adapting to the needs of our customers.
