Job Description Hiring Retail Actors to support a research study in stores across the Atlanta metro area. Role Overview You will be hired to create authentic customer experiences. Participants will "act" as customers in retail locations such as coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Sessions will be filmed for research and product development purposes. Project Details: * Start Date: 2/16 * Duration: 1 month * Schedule: 5 days per week, *will include weekends *Shift: Day Shift, start/end times will vary * Working Hours per day: 7-7.5 per day * Locations: One location per shift; locations vary daily across Atlanta Requirements * Comfortable being filmed and recorded; must sign a consent form * Able to commute daily to different Atlanta-area worksites * Must have a reliable personal vehicle * Willing to assist with light tasks (e.g., unloading camera equipment) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using phones and computers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to help set up equipment for the daily sessions Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle Plusses: previous use of lidar scanner user studies or user research study experience User Research project experience (ex: UX research assistants, coordinators, moderators, interns etc).
