Provide direct support, training, leadership development, and capacity-building to the organization. This position integrates restorative principles and practices into the workflows, culture, and structures of a large healthcare organization, as well as for its relationships with surrounding communities. This role will require deep expertise and demonstrated knowledge of restorative practices, content design principles, process thinking, program and project management, leadership development, interpersonal effectiveness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role is responsible for articulating program strategy to achieve the business and systems-change objectives, create and oversee execution structure for the program, clarify business impact and coordinate underlying projects to attain their combined benefits for the program.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
