**Job Title: Restoration Field Technician** **Job Description**
As a Restoration Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by damage. You will be responsible for packing, cleaning, and storing contents, documenting damages, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the job site. Your ability to communicate professionally with clients and team leads is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pack, clean, and store contents from properties.
+ Identify and document damaged items.
+ Operate cleaning equipment and repackage restored items.
+ Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety.
+ Drive company vehicle to client sites and assist with setup.
+ Communicate professionally with clients and team leads.
+ Perform intake and inventory management in the shop.
+ Engage in cleaning, restoration, drying, and deodorizing processes.
+ Repackage and store items appropriately.
+ Document processes and communicate effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in restoration, mitigation, and construction.
+ Skills in framing, installation, and handling property damage.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders.
+ Smartphone required for documentation and communication.
+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
+ Professional demeanor.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Work Environment**
Work involves restoring commercial properties affected by natural disasters. You will work with a team ranging from 2 to 30 people. Standard shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and typically ending at 5 PM, though flexibility is required to complete jobs. Dress code is professional attire appropriate for a restoration environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
