Restoration Technician
**Job Title: Restoration Technician** **Job Description** The Restoration Technician serves as a first responder to property loss situations, playing a crucial role in mitigating damage in both residential and commercial structures. The technician is responsible for tasks such as water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, and content storage and handling. **Responsibilities** + Extract and mitigate water damage. + Conduct fire and smoke cleaning and remediation. + Perform vandalism and biohazard clean-up. + Engage in demolition activities. + Manage and supervise temporary labor personnel in the field. + Deliver the highest level of customer service with empathy. + Complete all other duties or projects as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in restoration, construction, groundwater management, and environmental construction. + Skills in environmental remediation. + Carpentry experience. + Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. + Experience in commercial construction and construction management. + Ability to perform cleaning and environmental monitoring tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
