One of Essel's clients is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish. In this role, you'll be focused on managing restoration projects end-to-end—overseeing crews and subcontractors, tracking labor budgets and schedules, preparing estimates, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope. What you’ll do: + Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelines + Coordinate crews and subcontractors + Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports + Ensure compliance with safety and building codes + Communicate progress and technical details to clients What we’re looking for: + 2+ years of Project Management experience + Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills + Experience managing multiple projects at once + Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace + Xactimate experience is a plus + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record + Being able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
