Overview Michael Patrick’s Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant General Manager in the operation and management of the restaurant. Responsibilities Responsible for the successful operation of Michael Patrick’s Restaurant. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Accountable for directing the restaurant staff and assuring guests have a favorable experience when visiting the Food & Beverage areas. Review marketing activities and promotions with Restaurant General Manager. Assists with the development and managing of the budget for Michael Patrick’s Restaurant. Qualifications Four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience Five to Seven years’ experience in food and beverage operations and managing personnel Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. The ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
