An Supervisor F&B oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and Banqueting to ensure high standards of quality and service.

Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.Manage ordering, receiving, and stock control.Carry out daily hygiene, safety, and staff presentation checks.Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience.Suggest procedural improvements and contribute to the overall enhancement of service quality.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform any other duties assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager in line with operational or administrative needs.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and their assistants.Operationally supervises section heads, waiters, commis, and interns.Works closely with the kitchen team, front office, GM&E, and housekeeping departments.
What are we looking for?
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree or training in Hospitality and Food & Beverage.Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or Supervisor in an upscale hotel or hospitality establishment.Experience across multiple outlets is an advantage.Excellent communication in French and English.
