What You Will Do

Operational Excellence and Guest Experience

Lead day to day cafe operations while ensuring a consistently warm and welcoming guest experienceUphold Panera food quality, safety, and service standardsEnsure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations

People and Culture Leadership

Hire, train, coach, and develop a high performing cafe teamFoster a people first culture built on respect, teamwork, and growthEmpower Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and associates to succeed and advance

Business and Financial Management

Drive sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls to meet business goalsSupport financial performance through planning, execution, and accountabilityProtect company assets and maintain strong operational controls
