About the Role

The Restaurant Manager ensures excellent guest and colleague experience, leads and develops the team, oversees daily operations and standards, manages costs and scheduling, and fosters a positive, efficient, and service‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of guest and employee satisfaction by delivering professional, courteous, and customer-focused service. Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.Collaborate with kitchen and marketing teams on menu design and updates, as well as enhancing lifestyle offerings, visuals, events, and communication strategies to align with market trends.Lead employee training and development by conducting regular training programs focused on service, food safety, and beverages. Conduct daily briefings, motivate staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to encourage continuous improvement.Manage daily service operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and handling guest concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee service agreements, department meetings, and POS operations.Plan and manage employee scheduling, ensuring compliance with labor laws and employee vacation planning. Monitor inventory, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings during seasonal fluctuations.Contribute to business planning and budget preparation, supporting financial targets and maintaining operational quality.Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety standards, while implementing processes for continuous quality improvement.Foster effective communication, mutual respect, and teamwork across all departments. Promote and maintain a positive company culture and working environment.Uphold professional presentation, punctuality, and grooming in line with company standards and brand identity.Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing operational needs and supporting other departments as necessary during busy periods.Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of all operational equipment and resources.

•Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
•Fluency in Croatian is required; English proficiency is also essential.
•A proactive mindset and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
