Facilities Student Assistant

Ready to kick‑start your career while you study? Ecolab is looking for a Facilities Student Assistant to keep our Copenhagen office running smoothly and buzzing with good energy. What will you do:

Support daily office operations in Copenhagen officeCoordinate contractors, safety checks, and maintenanceKeep the office tidy, stocked, and welcoming for colleagues and visitorsProvide admin support to the Country Manager and Nordic Leadership TeamProcess invoices, update databases, and help streamline processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeExcellent written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage but not essentialStrong communicator with a service‑minded attitudeOrganized, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasksAble to work independently and take ownership of tasksConfident using digital tools and office software
