Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Response Vehicle Operator to join their team. As a Response Vehicle Operator, you will be part of the Fleet Response team supporting Riders and Operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress situations, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Response Vehicle Operator (PART-TIME)
**Location:** San Francisco, CA
**Pay Range:** 33.15/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Support Fleet Response daily operations in-field.
+ Drive up to 8 hours a day with a priority on safety.
+ Directly communicate with Riders and assist them into the shuttle.
+ Utilize mobile applications to accurately report activities.
+ Provide in-person rider support during fleet response and recovery situations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must comply with the Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Program.
+ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills.
+ Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniques.
+ Ability to use radio communication systems and mobile applications.
