Il agit comme interface clé entre les équipes Business France et le Shared Services Center, tout en garantissant une expérience collaborateur efficace, cohérente et alignée avec la stratégie People Services globale et Mondelez Europe. Le poste vise à améliorer continuellement l’expérience employé, à promouvoir les modèles de self-service, à assurer la qualité de la prestation RH et à accompagner les équipes et managers dans un environnement matriciel et international. **En tant que Responsable RH Expérience Collaborateur, vous serez en charge de :** 1. Pilotage de l’Employee Experience & Delivery RH + Assurer la responsabilité de la prestation RH de bout en bout pour toutes les activités en France + Être l’interface entre la Business Unit France et le Shared Services Center + Garantir un équilibre entre standardisation des processus, efficacité opérationnelle et expérience collaborateur adaptée aux besoins locaux + Identifier les besoins spécifiques de la France et les faire remonter aux équipes People Services / SSC 2. Amélioration continue & stratégie People Services + Piloter l’amélioration continue de l’expérience collaborateur + Piloter la transformation digitale pour des projets globaux, régionaux et locaux + Déployer et promouvoir les dispositifs de self-service RH + Contribuer à l’alignement de la stratégie People Services avec les besoins du périmètre France + Participer aux projets et programmes Mondelez Europe et Globaux liés à l’Employee Experience 3. Management & animation d’équipe + Manager et animer les équipes People Experience France (multisite) + Organiser la charge de travail, définir et prioriser les missions + Suivre la performance opérationnelle et renforcer l’engagement des équipes + Représenter la People Services France dans les instances et réunions au niveau européen 4. Relations sociales + Apporter un soutien à l'équipe dans la gestion de certains dossiers de relations sociales (complexes, confidentiels, etc.) + Garantir la conformité avec le droit du travail français + Collaborer avec les représentants du personnel et les partenaires internes + Remonter les problèmes critiques à la direction des ressources humaines si nécessaire 5. Collaboration & gouvernance Collaborer étroitement avec : + Notre Directrice RH + Les responsables d’équipe du Service Center + Contribuer à la bonne application des politiques, processus et standards RH globaux et régionaux + Travailler en environnement matriciel et multiculturel **Profil recherché :** + Spécialisation en ressources humaines, avec **un minimum de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience** dans le domaine (généraliste RH, gestion des talents, recrutement, etc.) + **Expertise en droit RH** au sein d'une structure matricielle complexe + Expérience en gestion multisite (usines de production et activités commerciales) + Maîtrise de l'anglais + Capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement matriciel + Capacité à établir des relations solides avec la direction et les principales parties prenantes + Expérience confirmée en **management** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
