You’ll support a collaborative team of RTs while maintaining hands-on patient care, complex case management, and operational oversight. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will lead scheduling, oversee patient care coverage, support team development, and collaborate with cross-functional departments and leadership teams. Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: Alternates one weekday per RT and one weekend per month Travel: Required between assigned branches.
