Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Respiratory Care AdministrationSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care and the Medical Director of Respiratory Care, the Manager of Respiratory Care develops and implements plans for comprehensive respiratory care management of the patients in the General Pediatric Units, Critical Care Units, Emergency Department and on Transport. Duties include: Personnel management of team leaders and pediatric staff, staff development and education, performance improvement, clinical and administrative responsibilities, including administrative call. Education Bachelor's degree is required Experience 3+ years of pediatric , general care and critical care experience required. Neonatal Experience is preferred. Certification RRT: Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care required RCP - Respiratory Care Professionals License - Ohio Respiratory Care Board Department Specific Job Details: This is a Day Shift position.
