Job Summary

As a Resource Planner QA, your job is to manage the resource pool to secure teams required for each project, based on testers' experience and training, to successfully conduct testing and meet clients' demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a centralized Resource Pool with tester skill levels and availability Schedule creation in line with the requirements presented by the clientsAbsence tracking and management and find suitable replacements for absent staff membersMaintain and share weekly/monthly dashboards on resource utilization, availability, and upcoming requirementsKeep accurate records of resource assignments, roll-offs, and backfills.Preparation of reports and managing databases connected with resourcingUpdating the existing process when requiredSeating map creation and maintenance to align proper seats to allocated testersKeeping track of Hardware Inventory and preparing relevant reportsCoordinate with procurement for procuring new hardware and repair of the damaged hardwareEscalation of resource conflicts to the Production Support ManagerEscalation of resource conflicts to the Production Support Manager
