You’ll support the resource managers ensuring that the resource allocation technology is updated at all times as well as managing the ad hoc reporting for national tax resources.
As a team, we maximize resource sharing and enable the delivery of PwC to our clients through line of service and cross line of service staffing, forecasting, utilization, and workload balance while considering development and diversity initiatives.

As a Resourcing and Deployment Associate/Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, delivering high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop expertise in RM technology, particularly TeamBuilder Staffing & Deployment, to support assignment planning, allocations, forecasting, and reporting, and deliver training on all TeamBuilder modules to staff, while focusing on technological enhancements and the development of new reporting mechanisms for continuous improvement Review Teambuilder and all its related dashboards are updated and review for data accuracy to ensure tool quality and deliverySupport all Resource Managers in resolving staffing requests within the defined SLAMonitor and escalate overbooking and staffing conflicts by providing timely reports to Resource ManagersParticipate in business meetings, stakeholder connects, and deployment reviews alongside Resource Managers.Collaborate and team with Resource Managers to; share best practices, continuously improve processes, facilitate staff borrowing/lending and secondments, and participate in team initiatives for technology enhancements that drive operational improvementExperience & Qualifications
3 or more years of relevant experienceDemonstrated expertise in learning new technology, apply learnings effectively, and build new ways of delivering solutions.Experienced in analyzing data and interpreting findings, identify trends to draw intelligent inferences and projectionsFoundational project management experience including stakeholder management, task planning, and milestone tracking. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with the ability to “connect the dots”. Experience working in high-performing virtual teams and delivering deadlines.Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.The candidate must be proficient in Excel functions, formulas, Pivot tables, Charts and tables.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyEnthusiastic about data quality and its role in driving business value. Strong verbal and written communication skills including tailored communications to different stakeholders. Demonstrates initiative in seeking out information, staying current with processes and procedures, and quickly adapting to new knowledge.
