Resource Capacity Planning & Intake (Specialist)
**Position** : Resource Capacity Planning & Intake (Specialist) - contract to hire **Start Date** : ASAP **Compensation:** 55-59/hr W2 **Location:** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Candidates are expected to be onsite 3 days/week in **Golden Valley, MN.** **Length of Engagement:** 3-6 months and will evaluate converting or extending contract engagement **Hours/Week** : 40 hours The hiring manager is looking for someone with experience in resource capacity planning who can work independently while building strong partnerships across stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to aligning demand with available resources to support informed decision making. • Manage project intake, documentation, and stakeholder engagement ensuring project requests are clear and complete while driving the process improvements and optimization; drive initial analysis for trade-off discussions collaborating with stakeholders • Align resource capacity with project demand and organizational priorities through collaboration with resource managers, portfolio managers, and stakeholders; analyze resource data, conduct capacity modeling, and provide recommendations for resource adjustments • Drive analytics by initiative and portfolio including key trends in actuals, forecasts, resources, and capacity; both as part of regular reporting cadences and ad hoc to meet the needs of leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data driven decisions; provide relevant data, insights, talking points, and recommendations to SPP team and key partners If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
