Imagine360 is seeking a Resource and Portfolio Manager to join the team! The Resource and Portfolio Manager will be within the healthcare domain, containing knowledge and proven expertise in the development, planning and delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling organizational resource and project portfolio management maturity through the implementation and championing of capacity planning and project portfolio management (PPM) tools and processes.\n

Position Location: 100% remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nResource Management - Experience in skill mapping, allocation and capacity planning and tracking. Ensures optimal resource utilization, identifies gaps and works with cross functional business and IT management on resource plans balancing team needs and project priorities to align resource allocation with business goals. Experience with workforce and resource management tools required.\nProject Portfolio Management (PPM) Tools - Champion project portfolio management tools and process. Develop and deliver performance dashboards to track project and strategic initiative milestones and overall portfolio progress.\nStrategic Initiative Support - Support the development, execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization through functional area roadmap development including products and services. With leadership, define priorities across strategic initiatives as ideas are refined and scope is understood with consideration for enterprise projects planned and in flight.\nData Analysis - Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience analyzing allocation and capacity data.\nStakeholder Collaboration - Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.\n\n

Experience\/Education:\n\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of healthcare payer, PBM, risk operations, claims processing, premium billing, member enrollment, and provider network management preferred\n7+ years of project management experience required\n3-5 years of resource management or portfolio management experience preferred\nExperience with PPM tools, dashboard development and reporting\n\n
