Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. We are seeking a Closer who is organized, can prioritize work and meet critical deadlines. Good technical skills and experience with SoftPro ideal.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing closing documents and title policiesCommunicating with lenders, clients and agentsOrdering title searchesDisburse and fund files after closing
