Note: Must be a Florida-barred attorney with 2+ years of hands-on residential real estate transaction experience, including title review/issue resolution and managing closings.

Job Description

Manage residential real estate files from title review through closing in a fast-paced, high-volume practice Review title commitments and surveys; identify, resolve, and clear title issues (curative work) Draft and review purchase/sale agreements, deeds, affidavits, closing documents, and related instruments Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and internal title/closing teams to keep deals moving Represent clients at closings and ensure smooth execution of transaction timelines Provide practical guidance to clients on Florida residential real estate issues and risk points

Qualifications

Active Florida Bar license in good standing 2+ years of residential real estate transactional experience (title review + closings required) Comfortable managing multiple files at once while staying accurate and client-focused Strong writing, document review, and communication skills with a “get it done” mindset Professional presence with clients, lenders, and referral partners
