What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkDiagnose and troubleshoot system issues with precision and efficiencyPerform system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiencyCommunicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tipsMaintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactionsEnsure all work complies with safety protocols and local regulationsRepresent the company with professionalism and courtesy in every client interaction

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairStrong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controlsFamiliarity with electrical systems and basic PLC control knowledge is a plusExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPhysically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various residential settings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
