Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Electrician to join our team. A successful candidate will provide professional, quality electrical services that exceed customer expectations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to advance your job knowledge in a growing company.
Responsibilities
+ Perform all residential electrical services, including the installation of outlets, fixtures, panels, and more.
+ Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on blueprints and job specifications, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes.
+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to identify and correct issues.
+ Deliver the highest quality of craftsmanship, ensuring services meet or exceed customer expectations.
+ Coordinate the ordering of materials through designated channels as needed.
+ Communicate effectively with upper management on challenges, successes, and needs to enhance value and service to customers.
+ Ensure accurate and timely submission of necessary documentation, including responding to emails and voicemails, quoting services, and processing payments.
+ Assist in growing the customer base and range of services through growth-related initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of residential electrical experience in both remodel and new construction.
+ Proficiency with electrical, conduit, wiring, construction, and conduit bending.
+ Ability to plan, layout, and install electrical systems according to specifications.
+ Experience with diagnosing and repairing electrical systems using test equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
