Responsibilities + Perform all residential electrical services, including the installation of outlets, fixtures, panels, and more. + Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on blueprints and job specifications, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes. + Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to identify and correct issues. + Deliver the highest quality of craftsmanship, ensuring services meet or exceed customer expectations. + Coordinate the ordering of materials through designated channels as needed. + Communicate effectively with upper management on challenges, successes, and needs to enhance value and service to customers. + Ensure accurate and timely submission of necessary documentation, including responding to emails and voicemails, quoting services, and processing payments. + Assist in growing the customer base and range of services through growth-related initiatives. Essential Skills + 1-3 years of residential electrical experience in both remodel and new construction. + Proficiency with electrical, conduit, wiring, construction, and conduit bending. + Ability to plan, layout, and install electrical systems according to specifications. + Experience with diagnosing and repairing electrical systems using test equipment.
