Job Description Day to Day: This Resident Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison between Forvia and the OEM customer, embedded onsite to support product development, issue resolution, and launch activities. They will attend daily stand-ups, track open issues, and ensure timely communication between Forvia’s internal engineering teams and the customer. The role involves reviewing and validating design changes, supporting testing and validation efforts, and driving resolution of quality concerns. The Resident Engineer will be expected to represent Forvia professionally, advocate for engineering solutions, and ensure alignment with customer expectations throughout the program lifecycle. Compensation: $35/hr to $40/hr Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
