グローバルカスタマーエクスペリエンス・アドバンストサービス部門の一員として、東京のHPE拠点や顧客・パートナーオフィスで、リモートまたはオンサイトテクニカルサポートとして顧客の運用要件を技術サポートし、製品固有の専門知識を活用した付加価値サービスを提供します。
主な業務内容
顧客およびJTACと連携し、ネットワークやHPE Networking製機器の問題を解決設計・情報収集ワークショップの開催、ネットワーク要件の把握新機能やパッチのテスト、ライブネットワークへの実装と検証定期的な問題状況レポート作成(日本語)、技術ワークショップ開催顧客担当者へのHPE製品操作トレーニング、運用手順策定支援社内外関係者と協力し、技術・ビジネス要件に基づくソリューション提供必要な知識・スキル
ネットワーク技術(TCP/IP、MPLS、SDN/NFV、OSPF、IS-IS、BGP、Multicast、Ethernet)Junos OS、MX/PTXシリーズ、テストツール(IXIA等)、ルータHWアーキテクチャ分析力および問題解決力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力英語(ビジネスレベル)、日本語(ネイティブ)経験
ネットワーク機器ベンダ、サービスプロバイダ、または関連業務で5~10年の経験設計、コンサルティング、プレゼンテーションの実務経験勤務地・条件
東京エリアで顧客・パートナーへのリモートまたはオンサイトサポート少人数チームで協力し、業界トップレベルの技術サービスを提供営業やエンジニアと協力して、顧客のニーズを理解し、HPE のサービスを適切に提案#japanexperienced
