SPAR is growing our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! This Reset Merchandiser job will be part of a travel team, that must live within 300 miles of the job site in Hermitage, PA, remodeling the insides of big box retailers.  He/she will be working overnights, building, assembling and installing shelving and fixtures.  Anyone with a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installer, construction, or general labor, this could be a perfect fit for you.  The ideal merchandiser is; self-sufficient, highly motivated, knows their way around a tool bag, and have the drive to produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment.Join the best reset/ remodel merchandiser team in the business and APPLY TODAY!Projects include category resets and fixture installation. What We Offer:$17 per hourMust live within 300 miles of Hermitage, PA

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and store managementDisplay a strong work ethic, effective communication, and problem-solving skillsAssemble and disassemble fixturesExecute planograms and accurately merchandise productsAttention to detailFollow provided instructions, update signage and complete shelf conditionsEngage in physically demanding tasks, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds

Qualifications:

6 months merchandising, fixture building experienceAbility to stand for a minimum of 8-10 hours per shiftComfortable working nightsProficiency in reading and implementing planogramsWillingness to travel to various project locations across multiple statesBasic proficiency with tools required for the jobTeam-oriented mindsetValid driver's license and reliable transportationPersonal cell phone and valid email addressProfessional appearance and demeanor
