Ensure all reservation enquiries (phone, email, OTA, brand.com, GDS) are handled promptly and professionally.
•Ensure proper application of rate plans, promotions, negotiated rates, and packages across all channels.
•Ensure correct handling of group blocks, allotments, and cut-off dates in coordination with Sales and Events teams.
•Ensure special requests, preferences, and loyalty member benefits are accurately recorded and communicated.
•Ensure all prepayment reservations handling promptly and in timely manner.
•Handle complex, VIP, or escalated reservation enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
•Monitor overbooking controls, waitlists, and room-type sell strategies in coordination with Revenue Management and Front Office.
•Monitor booking pace, pickup, cancellation trends, and conversion ratios; flag risks and opportunities proactively.
•Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports, including commission accuracy check.
•Work closely with the Revenue Management to implement restrictions, and inventory controls.
•Participate in commercial strategy discussions.
