**Description:** Ensure all reservation enquiries (phone, email, OTA, brand.com, GDS) are handled promptly and professionally. •Ensure proper application of rate plans, promotions, negotiated rates, and packages across all channels. •Ensure correct handling of group blocks, allotments, and cut-off dates in coordination with Sales and Events teams. •Ensure special requests, preferences, and loyalty member benefits are accurately recorded and communicated. •Ensure all prepayment reservations handling promptly and in timely manner. •Handle complex, VIP, or escalated reservation enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. •Monitor overbooking controls, waitlists, and room-type sell strategies in coordination with Revenue Management and Front Office. •Monitor booking pace, pickup, cancellation trends, and conversion ratios; flag risks and opportunities proactively. •Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports, including commission accuracy check. •Work closely with the Revenue Management to implement restrictions, and inventory controls. •Participate in commercial strategy discussions. **Qualifications:** •Experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. •Experience with PMS and CRS systems (Opera, SynXis) is highly preferred. •Understanding of distribution channels, OTAs extranet and Revenue Management principles. •Strong attention to detail, organizational skill and accuracy. •Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced conditions. •Excellent communication and coordination skills. **Primary Location:** TH-10-Bangkok **Organization:** Andaz One Bangkok **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** BAN002202 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
