Reservation Specialist

Our client in Banner Elk NC is seeking a Reservation Specialist to join their team. As a reservation specialist, you will be part of the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have good rapport, and provide excellent customer service which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Reservation Specialist**
**Location: Banner Elk NC (On-Site)**
**Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hour**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Answering incoming phones and emails while assisting customers
+ Give satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints
+ Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance
+ Support guests in person, on the phone, and through messaging
+ Work independently after trained and must be self-directed
+ Helping manage the Lost & Found department with shipping lost items to guests
+ Helping oversee the Hospitality department in preparing guest gifts

+ Pleasant, helpful, flexible and reliable attitude
+ Strong computer skills
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress
+ Excellent grammar skills in both speaking and writing
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Strong initiative and ability to stay on the tasks at hand
