Skills and Requirements Physics Preference for candidates with theoretical backgrounds rather than methodical/experimental. Strong publication record, ideally with single‑author or first‑author papers. Recently engaged in active research. Data annotation experience is a plus. Chemistry Expertise in physical chemistry. Recent academic experience (professor or research‑based roles). For Biochemistry: strong grounding in chemical principles rather than biology (e.g., B.S. in Chemistry, Ph.D. in Biochemistry). 4–6 months of data annotation experience plus. Experience in domains outside organic chemistry. Biology Candidates who recently completed their PhD. Team preference for newer PhDs who are not yet locked into a narrow specialization. Experience in environmental domains. Experience in geology domains. Background in developmental biology.
