Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Research Program Manager IV to join their team. As a Research Program Manager IV, you will be part of the Data & Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Research Program Manager IV
**Location:** Remote US based
**Pay Range: $80-$95**
**What's the Job?**
+ Run the program operating cadence including intake, planning support, execution tracking, and stakeholder updates
+ Improve documentation and operational processes such as templates, trackers, and SOPs
+ Collaborate across teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and unblock execution
+ Analyze program and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
+ Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting with light data visualization
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of program/project management or operations experience in cross-functional environments
+ 3+ years in analytics/metrics-focused work such as program analytics, business operations, or data analysis
+ Experience building dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders and leadership
+ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with ambiguity
+ Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
