Focus area: Spatial biology quantitative analysis.
The selected candidate will perform quantitative analysis of spatial biology data. This will include quality control, report generation, constructing visualization of the data, providing reports of the data at meetings.
The selected candidate must have a PhD in a quantitative science and must also have the following qualifications:
R and Python codingExperience with single cell and Xenium data analysisAbility to explain analyses to non-quantitative scientistsAbility to work with other investigators in a professional research and laboratory settingAbility to work independentlyModes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
