Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Data Associate, Per Diem.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Per Diem Research Data Associate to assist with data entry for a research study. This position is for a limited time period and plays a crucial role in supporting the accurate and timely collection, organization, and entry of research data. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and computer skills.
This 100% remote position is only open to candidates that permanently reside in the following states: New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, North Carolina, Minnesota, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Utah, California, Oregon and Washington.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry from study-related materials into research databases and spreadsheets.Verify and validate entered data against source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Follow established protocols and guidelines for data handling to comply with study requirements and confidentiality standards.Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.Maintain proper documentation of research data according to study requirements.Assist in organizing and managing research files, records, and materials.Facilitate other research study-related tasks as needed to support the research team.Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literate with good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification is preferred (required in some disciplines).Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred. Experience working in an Academic Medical Center Preferred
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
