**JOB SUMMARY**
This role will play a crucial role in managing, optimising, and analysing complex databases that drive the efficient operation of Sales, Leasing, Asset Management and reporting processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date property information, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Compile and organize new market listings from competitor advertisements, monitoring sales progression
+ Meticulously updating records upon listing sales.
+ Manage and curate the competitor listing database within internal platforms, utilizing tools such as Propertybase (Salesforce) and Excel.
+ Maintain the accuracy of all entries in the database, drawing from available sources to ensure precision. This includes contact records, companies and Listings/ Transactions. Contact records should accurately relate to Companies, owned Properties, and categories. Ensure Listings have all information required to conduct regular research reports, such as childcare places, rent, category, building and land area, tenants.
+ Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and discrepancies within the Database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
+ Contribute to the generation of routine research reports, encompassing notable deliverables like Industry Reports and Industry Snapshots.
+ Stay informed about industry best practices, data sources, and technological advancements to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the research and analysis process.
+ Review data to identify key trends in the data for best in class research. This can include trends highlighted in Research Reports, land rate per square metre, rent per childcare place, average rent, etc.
+ Synthesise external sources of information into a source useable for our Research goals. This can include revenue of companies, or Superannuation fund growth.
+ Monitor documents created in Landchecker, and fill in missing information into Propertybase for document searches.
+ Monitor RP data for new information regarding relevant sales.
+ Contribute to the Research team new methods for best practice data input and output.

+ Someone who can work under pressure and willing to grow.
+ Someone who can be flexible and has the ability to jump on any changes.
+ Great work ethic and a desire to deliver beyond expectation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate.
+ High proficiency in Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs, such as PowerPoint.
+ Experience with Salesforce will be strongly considered
**Top Competencies**
+ With or without experience will be considered.
+ Someone who has interest or knowledge in local or Australian real estate industry.
+ Tools: Preferably MS Excel and Salesforce experience but not highly essential as training will be provided.
