Conducts complex work under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment; participates in research study initiation, progress and close out. Conduct animal experiments, including but not limited to tonometry, electroretinography and molecular analyses, analyze and present the data. Create and maintain tools and documentation to track study procedures, protocols and metrics, providing weekly updates to management. The position requires close collaboration with other members of the team.
