The Research Associate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on multiple projects to support development and optimization of novel analytical methods, including routine testing, for R&D programs within Sanofi. This entry level position will offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to explore and grow their skills in several analytical disciplines while working with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities** + Support development of cutting-edge technologies and analytical method platforms such as HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, cIEF and immunological assays. + Provide analytical testing support in a variety of testing platforms, in a non-GMP setting, supporting R&D Biologics Development. + Manage work assignments, analyze and interpret test results, and conduct necessary troubleshooting under the supervision of the manager. + Assist in the drafting of technical reports, study protocols, and results and effectively communicate progress and results with the team. + Maintain good communication and collaboration with internal colleagues. **About You** **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field. + A degree in Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry is preferred. + Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment. + Well-organized, strong scientific curiosity, self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented individual able to work successfully in both a team/matrix environment as well as independently. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Hands-on experience with UPLC/HPLC, cIEF or other protein separation techniques. + Basics understanding in data processing software such as Empower, Chromeleon, or OpenLab. + Experience with executing assays in a GLP/GxP regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. + Experience in automated liquid handlers. + Experience with impurity-based assays including ELISA and qPCR **Why Choose Us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact. + Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
