Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant 

Required Qualification: Master’s in Clinical Psychology 

Job Purpose: Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation 

and standardisation of Pearson’s assessments 

Location: Bengaluru, India 

Starting Date: Immediately 

Position: Full-time Employee 

Responsibilities: 

The candidate will assist with the following tasks: 

Data scoring / checking Liaising with external professionals, research participants, editors and printers Working closely with international teams on standardisation projects Recruitment of  data collection sites Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division, as required Any other activity required, as part of the role 

Skills required: 

Verbal and written proficiency in English Reading/writing/speaking of at least one of the following languages: Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task across projects Ability to meet goals, as per timelines
