Our client, a leader in government and social impact, is seeking a Research Analyst II to join their team. As a Research Analyst II, you will be part of the Government & Social Impact team supporting various partners globally. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Research Analyst II
**Location: Remote (Strong preference for East Coast - NY and DC)**
**Duration:** 12 Months on W2
**Pay Range:** $40 - $45/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and maintenance of managed partner sets consisting of country-specific government and political data.
+ Collaborate with regional partner managers to review data sets and provide recommendations based on company policy and guidelines.
+ Conduct quality assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of completed workbooks.
+ Leverage data and analytics skills to analyze large data sets and monitor performance.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to test system updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-10 years of experience in data operations or relevant fields leading large-scale global projects.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
+ Experience in analyzing data to provide practical business insights and validate reports.
+ Practical experience with SQL databases and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
+ Bachelor's degree in data analytics, government, or a related field.
