ResCom Administrative Director

Position Summary
The ResCom Administrative Director leads administrative operations for the Residential & Commercial (ResCom) lines across Townsend and Gunnison. The role consolidates dispersed admin teams and standardizes processes to improve accuracy, speed, and service to sales and operations. The Director oversees admin support for Townsend Arborcare, Landscapes Unlimited, Gunnison Tree Services, New Urban Forestry, and Everett Tree Service, and will build a scalable framework that can extend to other brands as they are integrated.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Lead, coach, and develop a multi-entity admin team; balance workloads and drive cross-training. Establish clear communication and reporting lines with sales and operations. Operational Alignment Standardize workflows, templates, and SLAs across entities (onboarding, scheduling, billing, documentation). Partner with Sales Excellence, HR, and Finance to align priorities and metrics. Drive consistency and adoption in systems (SingleOps, Salesforce, NetSuite, O365). Collaboration Serve as the central coordinator between Townsend Arborcare/Landscapes Unlimited and GTS/NUF/Everett admin teams. Work with branch leaders to match admin capacity to operational demand; surface gaps and solutions. Represent admin priorities in ResCom leadership forums. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement improvements that increase accuracy, cycle time, and customer experience. Lead change management for process and system updates; document SOPs. Build a strong internal service culture with measurable outcomes.  

Qualifications

5+ years in administrative management, preferably across multi-branch or multi-entity teams. Proven team leadership and development experience. Strong process design and improvement skills; comfort with SLAs and KPIs. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; working knowledge of Salesforce, SingleOps, and NetSuite preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Performance Measures

Billing/scheduling timeliness and accuracy; documentation quality. Cross-entity process consistency and system adoption. Admin team engagement/retention. Service levels and partner satisfaction (sales/operations).
