Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Norwich, NY
**Pay: $19.00/hr**
**Shift: M-F, 8am - 4:30pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
+ Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
+ Maintain shipping supplies to ensure orders ship on schedule.
+ Receive and process warehouse stock while maintaining inventory control.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Office products and SAP software preferred.
+ Ability to organize work to maximize output of shipments.
+ Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
+ Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
+ Forklift experience
