Job Description Day to Day: In this role, you’ll operate and manage Ricoh production printers and Canon wide-format printers to deliver high-quality print jobs on time. Responsibilities include loading paper, setting up files, checking quality, and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production running smoothly. You’ll assist customers and coworkers with print requests, provide guidance on formats and materials, and perform light file prep using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft 365 tools. Success in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment requires strong organization, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Compensation: $23-25/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: • High School Diploma or GED • Experience in reprographic operation or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign. • Experience in an office and/or print shop setting. • Familiarity with Ricoh 9500, 5310, and Canon 6000 Pro printers. • Carry and lift items weigh a minimum of 40 lbs Plusses: • Experience utilizing a Fiery print controller • Previous experience as a copy operator (strongly preferred).
