What you'll do:
Provide technical knowledge, advice and support sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise in reproductive management, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay range from $45,000 - $50,000 USD, plus company bonus, based on skills and experience.

You Will Develop knowledge and technical skills through formal training or considerable work experienceApply established technical skills and develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the position or specializationWork within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervisionEstablish technical skills to perform a range of day-to-day activitiesUnderstand how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the disciplineHave no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workloadUse communication skills to exchange informationAccountable for the safe, efficient and successful insemination of customer’s herdsProvide heat detection and insemination service to assigned customersWork alongside Repro Team Leader/Supervisor, with the customer, develop on-farm procedures to help facilitate implementation of RMS in each customer's operationCooperate with other farm advisors (Vet, Nutritionist, etc.) to integrate RMS into total farm management plan. Collaborate with other employees on farmWork with Repro Team Leader/Supervisor to locate, train and develop competent relief helpWork cooperatively with Independent Reps and employees in the area, brief on details to conduct the day’s work, activity, or concerns, as needed. Maintain the route and follow all instructions in a professional mannerDevelop and maintain professional and effective relationships with management, sales team, Independent Representatives and customers. Represent ABS Global in a manner consistent with company valuesTo ensure the image and service orientation of the department and ABS remain professional at all times.
